Where the team stands
Nothing to fill in, and nobody has to send us anything. The value is in what happens when you ask your own team.
Almost every team we work with is already good at the work. That is what makes this hard to see. None of these seven is a test, and a low answer is not a verdict. Most of them come back low for teams that are very good at what they do.
Being good and being easy to tell apart stopped being the same thing some time ago. When a buyer cannot separate two capable options, the decision falls back on price. None of these seven asks how good the team is, because that is rarely what decides it.
Five of them sit inside the sale, one reaches past it into how the work gets delivered, and one asks what the team has actually agreed before a tool is pointed at it. They are worth knowing whether or not you ever speak to us, so they are here rather than saved for a call.
